Dutch Pancakes

For 2-3 servings:
🎄1 cup organic flour
🎄1 cup milk of choice
🎄6 eggs
🎄1 tsp vanilla paste or extract
🎄pinch of salt
🎄1/2 tsp baking powder (if using denser flour)
🎄generous amount unsalted butter to coat container

Toppings:
🎄Homemade whip
🎄Berries/fruit of choice
🎄Maple syrup

🎄preheat oven at 425F
🎄Mix wet & dry ingredients until smooth
🎄Coat large pan/skillet/pyrex w/ melted butter & pour batter into a thin layer or divide into multiple pans if you have a small pan/skillet/pyrex
🎄Bake for 23 - 27 mins, until a thin but fluffy, airy layer forms & is lightly golden brown
🎄Add toppings, Stay cozy & happy holidays!!🧤🥂

IMPORTANT NOTE: if you're planning on 2-3x this recipe, make them separately. We've tried making bigger batches that've only made it very eggy and dense. NOT what you want. These should by airy, puffy and feel like skinnies.
